Learning about our cuts of beef

It is important to us that we use the whole animal and so your beef box may sometimes contain items that you haven’t cooked with before. Please always message us if you need any help but we will be introducing you to our different cuts of beef in this section of the website. A big thankyou to Jane Richardson who is the sister of our wonderful butcher Callum Edge of Edge & Son: she has drawn this magnificent bull showing the various parts of the animal and we will be using this to help you to get the best from your beef box!
