There is nothing quite as rewarding as seeing your home grown grass fed beef on the menu in one of the North West’s top restaurants!
We visited The Art School in Liverpool last week and of course just had to order Paul Askew’s Pan Roast Fillet and Braised Shin of Bunbury Red Poll beef!!
Paul is a great supporter of local producers like ourselves and his food is spectacular. It was the first time we had all been out to a restaurant since February 2020 so it was really special and Paul and the team had made a huge effort to make us all feel #covidsafe during these strange times.
