We are delighted to see so many of our favourite pubs and restaurants back open for business and it is really heartening to be supplying our hospitality customers with great British produce once again.

Our cattle are 100% grass fed so this does mean that we have to go with the flow a little whilst we allow them to mature at their own pace without any grains or concentrates. This has meant that demand has outstripped supply at times so apologies to those of you who have had to wait a little longer than normal for deliveries.

Happily the Cheshire grass has flourished nicely over the last few weeks and the cattle have been putting on weight very well so we will have lots of fresh beef coming in between now and the end of September.
