We already think that the grass fed beef from our Red Polls is just about the best you can buy but even we are excited about what’s coming into stock next week!! Our box deliveries will be from beef that we have hung for 28 days – that’s a week longer than usual and we are anticipating an even richer, fuller flavour to our cuts!
