Brian Mellor cooks Wholly Cow

We recently took part in the Northern Food and Drink Virtual Festival which featured a wide selection of unique food and drink suppliers like ourselves and demonstrations and talks from some of the top chefs in the industry. We were thrilled to have one of our hospitality partners Brian Mellor of Harthill Cookery School using Wholly Cow short ribs and brisket in his BBQ demonstration.
