When Pango was born in April 2019, we immediately liked the look of him. He was a beautiful dark colour and so strong in his frame and he soon started to put on weight much quicker than the other calves born around the same time. Fathered by our resident bull Appleton Okavango, his mother Ginny came to us as a young heifer from a high quality herd in Leicestershire so he has a very good pedigree and on the advice of others, we decided to halter break him to see whether he continues to develop the potential to become a breeding bull. Here he is with our Farm Manager having a lesson in walking nicely!!
